Diamond Bakery was founded in 1921 by 3 Japanese Immigrants who sought to create a unique Hawaii-made cracker. Since then, the iconic Soda cracker, Royal Cream, Animal Cracker, and Saloon Pilot baked fresh in Kalihi, have become household staples.. In recent years, the expanded selection of buttery Macadamia nut Shortbread cookies, scrumptious Hawaiian biscuits, and a variety of delightful cookies make it the perfect snack or accompaniment for life’s special moments.
