Maui Soda & Ice Works was established in 1884, owned and operated by the Nobriga family since 1946. Franchised as a Coca-Cola Bottler in 1926, it started as a refrigeration & ice company that has evolved into one of Hawaii’s most successful small, family-owned businesses. It began making ice cream in 1934 and continues with its popular Roselani ice cream, make daily on Maui and available State-wide.
