Julie Morikawa - President, ClimbHI
ClimbHI enhances workforce development opportunities by building connections between communities, businesses, organizations, and schools. 
Julie founded the nonprofit ClimbHI in 2009. She'll be discussing the programs ClimbHI offers and the importance of building workforce pipelines for businesses. 

Samantha Haas  and Theo Stiller, Wealth Management Advisors at WestPac Wealth Partners 
Theo will provide a Financial Strategy, Tax Planning, and Market Update. What opportunities are available to employees and business owners? What changes are currently being discussed in both Hawaii, and on the Federal Level?

GUILD Consulting was contracted by the County of Maui to draft a Strategic Plan for the new Maui County Department of Agriculture, the first County-level Dept. of Agriculture in the State.  
Four GUILD consultants are on the team for this Maui Ag project.  Two GUILD consultants -- Peter Adler, PhD (above left), an expert in community stakeholder facilitation and mediation, and Iqbal Ashraf (above right), whose background is in financial management and process improvement -- will present the team's insights so far.
GUILD Consulting has researched and analyzed the "end-to-end" Hawaii Food Chain, including "Supply" (local food
producers and food imports) and "Demand" (distributors, groceries, hotels, consumers), and GUILD will present insights on learnings so far for this unique project with implications for the entire State economy.
