Jonathan Whelan, Director of Western DOE TAP Program  

Program Details: Jonathan will share information about the DOE TAP program. The DOE TAP program provides free technical evaluations to manufacturers and other large energy users on the best technologies to enable the production of clean on-site energy. This evaluation includes potential grants that are available to implement technology suggestions.
