Rick Cohen, Measurement Standards Program Manager, Department of Agriculture
Rick will be providing an update on Act 211 which made changes to certain coffee labeling laws. 

Gail Suzuki-Jones, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Program Manager at the Hawai‘i State Energy Office – Coordinator of the Hawaii Green Business Program in the Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy Branch
Gail will cover the Hawaii Green Business Program (HGBP) – Overview, recent awardees, recognition, and how to participate in 2023. 

Daniel Chen, Program Manager at Honeywell
Honeywell administers the Honolulu Board of Water Supply’s Water Sensible water conservation program. This presentation will go over the program’s incentives with purchasing and installing water efficient measures.

Caroline Carl is the Executive Director of Hawaii Energy and Melissa Onishi is an Energy Advisor that handles the Food Services, Distribution and Agriculture Sector at Hawaii Energy.
Hawaii Energy administers the energy efficiency programs serving businesses and residents in Hawaii, Honolulu and Maui Counties. Theirpresentation will cover Hawaii Energy’s program offerings and legislative focus for PY24.

Kimberly Tamao, Environmental Health Specialist, Department of Health, Solid and Hazardous Waste Branch, Deposit Beverage Container Program. 
Kimberly will discuss the deposit beverage container program distributor forms and answer questions related to the forms and the program.
